Estate Sale Services

Jo's Antiques offers estate sale services to the entire area which helps individuals in liquidation of estates.   This service is offered to our clientele who have acquired fine things for their home and need to "scale down" or to a family who needs to settle an estate.  This service is offered to the public in a 65-70 mile radius of Mt. Pleasant.

In handling a sale, we have qualified staff who handle the entirety of the sale from cleaning, setting up the sale as well as actually selling the items in the home.  If the sale is large enough and cannot be held on premises, we often move the sale to the Mt. Pleasant Civic Center for a two day sale.  Either way, we have been very successful in liquidating many fine homes in the area.  

This work is all done on a commission basis and all expenses of the sale are paid by Jo's Antiques.  We will be glad to work with you in anyway to make this time of your life a little easier. Please feel free to contact us .
